Top 100 Academic Blogs Every Professional Investor Should Read

Posted on September 26, 2007 by

This morning I was notified via e-mail that The Wages of Wins has been listed by CurrencyTrading.Net as one of the “Top 100 Academic Blogs Every Professional Investor Should Read.”

If you click on the above link you will see that

5. The Wages of Wins

11. The Sports Economist (I write there once in awhile also)

18. Heavy Lifting (from Craig Depken, who also does sports economics from time to time).

68. Division of Labor (Craig Depken writes here also)

82. Marginal Revolution

83. Greg Mankiw

90. Freakonomics

So if we focus just on the list you can see that The Wages of Wins is in the top 10 and a number of “supposedly” much bigger sites are in the bottom 20.  WoW!!!

Of course there is one little statement that explains this result.  Right before the list is the following sentence: Everyone’s equal here, but we’ve grouped them into categories so you can find what you’re most interested in.

Okay, The Wages of Wins is not a top 10 blog.  But we are in the top 100, which is pretty nice.  Thanks to everyone for stopping by (yes, the QB Score rankings are coming soon).
